At Katz, our mission is to solve marketing needs for advertisers through radio. The Katz Partnerships team was developed to support that mission, charged with building even deeper relationships and creative solutions for agencies and advertisers. To do so, Katz Partnerships focuses on leveraging Katz’s scale to create an even bigger platform to advocate and grow revenue for the Radio Industry.

Katz Partnerships is comprised of a team of media experts, dedicated to increasing radio’s relationship with top advertisers and agencies, and influencing creative campaigns by showcasing best practices, studies and insights.

Katz Partnerships works across all divisions to deliver local strategy on a national scale in every market, with every station, through a single point of contact. As the agency and advertiser development team, areas of expertise include:

  • Research: Katz Partnerships works closely with the Katz STAR (Strategy, Analytics and Research) team to provide advertisers with cutting-edge analytics, insights on ad receptivity and approaches to business challenges.
  • Strategy: Katz Partnerships creative team provides brands with breakthrough custom marketing ideas and tactics, delivering local strategy on a national scale.
  • Digital: Katz Partnerships works closely with the Katz Digital Group to develop an audio platform that will ensure your message is heard where and how consumers are listening.
  • Activation: Katz Partnerships has a full activation team and every client has a single point of contact that sets up the project from program launch to recap. Our activation team is the leader in launching local personality endorsement campaigns.

CHRISTINE TRAVAGLINI

President, Christal Radio and Katz Partnerships

Christine Travaglini is President of Christal Radio and Katz Partnerships. Prior to her appointment as President of Christal Radio in 2008, Christine served as Senior Vice President and General Sales Manager for Christal, a post she held for five years. In June 2013, Christine was also named President of Katz Partnerships, the business development team focused on leveraging all of Katz’s broadcast and digital partnerships to develop innovative solutions for today’s big brands. Christine began her career with Katz Radio Group as a sales assistant in the Atlanta office, and was the first person to rise from Assistant to President within the organization.

Radio Ink has named Christine one of the Most Influential Women in Radio since 2005. She has served on the National Board of Directors and is currently the incoming Chair for the Alliance for Women in Media. Christine has also worked closely with the NAB Education Foundation as a recruiter and faculty member.
